Ignited By Love is a candle brand inspired by books, designed to bring the emotions, settings, and romances of your favorite stories to life through scent.
2. What are your candles made of?
Our candles are hand-poured using high-quality, clean-burning soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks for a safe and long-lasting burn.
3. Do you offer custom or personalized candles?

Shipping & Orders
4. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the U.S.. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
5. How long does shipping take?
Processing time is typically 3-4 business days, and shipping times vary based on location. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes approximately 3-5 days. We do not ship on holidays.
6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $75 receive free shipping. We may offer free shipping promotions on all orders occasionally—sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
8. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
9. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at info@ignitedbylove.com with photos of the damaged product, and we’ll work on a replacement or refund.
Product & Care
10. How do I make my candle last longer?
For the best burn:
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
- Allow a full melt pool to form on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
- Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
11. Are your candles safe for people with allergies or pets?
Our candles are made with high-quality ingredients, but if you have sensitivities or pets, we recommend checking the fragrance notes before purchasing.
